Research Interests

My laboratory uses bioinformatics and biological approaches to study cancer biology. Current projects include:

1.     Cytoband and EST bioinformatics

2.     Bladder cancer bioinformatics

3.     Searching for genes preferentially expressed in one, two, or three organs.

4.     Searching for new tumor markers.

5.     Cell motility study using a long-term time-lapse recording system
