分子病毒學，脂蛋白代謝，微生物致病機轉，細胞生物學

 

Research Interests

脂蛋白由載脂蛋白及脂質組成，為體內重要脂肪運送系統，並具有調控代謝平衡之功能。載脂蛋白除了胞外功能外，也具有調控細胞活性，分化和死亡等胞內反應之能力。載脂蛋白均具有雙極性及脂肪結合之共同特性，可在含有脂肪微環境的胞器間移動，相關研究顯示微生物感染、宿主代謝改變和細胞癌化影響脂蛋白分泌之代謝網絡，導致肝臟累積過量三酸甘油酯及膽固醇，造成肝臟脂質毒性，並提高肝硬化、肝癌和代謝性失調相關疾病之風險。我的研究興趣包括 (1) 研究載脂蛋白在調節三酸甘油脂和膽固醇運輸及代謝之機轉；(2) 脂蛋白/載脂蛋白在異常脂質代謝相關疾病，如病毒性肝炎、非酒精性脂肪肝和肝細胞癌之轉譯應用；(3)脂蛋白/載脂蛋白定量相關平台開發
